I am using cutesoft editor in asp.net. I am using VS2010 .net 4.0 framework, IE8.

Problem1. On the server, sometimes all the icons are not able to load and the javascript dialog appears: failed to load impl code. This error is not occuring all the time.

Problem2. Ctrl v or right click paste not paste text first time. It paste the text second time.

Also, website is the secured .

How to resolve this issue?

This issue is not coming for the IE6/IE7.

Also, why these days live support is not available.

Issue 1 failed to load impl code.

Please open your IIS and disable the dynamic content compression function.

Compression-->Enable dynamic content compression

What happen the first time your use ctrl+v or use the paste menu?
